Ok, so I fried a fuse.

well it fired a fuse..why? Odds are something is damaged inside in the gear box. Either the shim job is bad, or perhaps something is loose. Maybe the spring guide broke or hte piston is getting locked back. I say open it open and look inside for damage.

After you shot, was motor or battery hot?

maybe the shimming was bad, either way it was drawing to much power and it burned up the fuse. Also the motor vould be on its wayout, how did the contacts look?

Contacts, brushes and comm are all fine.

who knows why it did all that. My guess is that something was binding like rap said. I rebuilt it and all was fine.
