hes using the hitman guy. iM not 100% but useing a character even if u draw him yourself is still copy right infringement. I am by far NO expert on this but it's something to keep your mind on.

almost the same thing. Do i think its lame..yes. But im just giving him a heads up. Do I think he would get sued for it. No. And too unless you sell it then I dont think you can be held liable for stealing their ideas. Like I said im not sure i could be totally wrong on this.
