i need help finding someone!
hi all, i am actually from illinios, trying to get stuff started here in the midwest! recently, i bought an m14 from a guy in the northern california area by the name of travis pipes. its taken 2 months and i still haven't gotten anything and he rarely answers any calls or emails. i was wondering if anyone knew him from games there or anything and if they did if they could find out whats going on. thanks for any help you can muster!
yeah i paid him like july 20th or so, still have one of the USPS receipts from it

no it involves figuring out who lives close to him and might know him personally to contact him.
yeah, i know, i generally do use paypal. anyways, he lives in berkely. ive called him and emailed him a billion times, and about every six days ill get a response, usually saying hes buried in work and he will ship it that day or something, only to find a week later he didn't get to it for some reason. ive used to police threat before, but its no good, he knows theres nothing i can really do about it. any other ideas? id o have his parents address as well

he has facebook and aim too so ia dded him to that, but then he deleted me after i questioned him on why he hadn't shipped it
Call his parents, and say your not afraid to take legal action if you dont recive the gun or get your money back.
if he requested that you mail him a money order then thats mail fraud i believe... someone with more knowlege on mail fruad can probably say better but thats no small potatoes, the feds take that seriously. But if you are going to threaten someone with something you gotta follow through else the threat is useless

hey, it searched and yes it is illegal to accapt a usps money order and not deliver items. i have all his emails and receipts for the money orders so i i should be good to go. i guess i just gotta fill out a complaint form. thanks again everyone!
