get a nice large poster board and right in a medium sized writing. One that can't be read without a binoculars. Hold it up in one and hand and have a digicam in the other. As soon as he lifts the binoculars to read the sign take a picture. Hold him for ransom or call the police and show that as evidence :P

even though its a bad idea, supprisingly enough here in Elk Grove when me and my cousins played in our yard, we never even got strange looks or got in trouble. From what Ive read, ill try to keep my games away from houses now.

Umm Not here in Orangevale where i live. Ive spoken to almost 10 officers of the SAC sheriff. And every single one has ok back yard shooting and the carrying of an AEG in public cased as long as the orange tip is clearly visible... back about a year ago I played in schools at night before I knew the laws and never was my AEG taken or even a file reported. As long as there was nothing there broken we were fine. The only time i ever even have cops that told us we had to leave was purely noise complants.
