I have had my AK for quite some time and was looking at some upgrades and had questions about them.

I'm not much of a person about info on installing upgrades into the airsoft guns, but any barrel has the same level/degree of difficulties while being installed.

Thanks for the suggestion Ak. But no one knows how hard an inner barrel is to install? any information would be greatly appreciated

hymm.. ak's seem a little harder to take apart, but I installed a m16 tightbore in my brothers m733, easy as pie.

not too hard, you have to take off the upper reciver, charging handle assembly, and take out the 4 screws under the gun(2 in the magwell, and 2 in front of the magwell) front half of the gun slides forward off.... the barrel and hopup is screwed down right there, take it out, swap the barrel and put it all back...

I upgraded my Ak myself. I don't think it's as difficult as people say it is.

Thanks again for all the information. I too installed everything into my ak so far (first aeg). I'm just too cheap to pay for the upgrades and wanted to make sure this didn't require any real modification.

Remove top batt cover, hop adjust lever and assembly over rec.
