My daughter who is in third grade (and her class) want to write letters to a forward deployed troop. She asked if the person could be from Folsom but I told her that Sacramento County might be easier. Basically after she and I spoke she wants to write the letter to someone in Afghanistan or Iraq.
If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.
