Guys I am letting you all know if Andrew posts up negative stuff I am kicking him off the site. He is a negative influence around here and is not helping us out. It pains me to put this up but I do not feel he is responcible enough to be on here.

I agree that a change is needed. I am trying make an effort to make it out to a game but can never find anyone to cover a shift for me so that I can get out there and show these new kids how the vets play the games and that honesty is the only policy that we have in this game.
I'll be active again starting mid-October and back at it until summer of next year for the very least. Another huge promotion at work has caused more travel, but I'm finishing up.

I'm really not sure what to say to all this.
Here is what it is. Andrew is a negative force. If he gets banned then the whole sacair will not riot :roll: . Do you think the peeps he has critized will care? No way. If he does not control himself them he will be gone. We need to get the new peeps more involved, motivate then not call them noobs and look down on them because they do not have the latest stuff. I see alot of elitist BS on the field and here on the boards. If people want to be elitist go elsewhere or we change Sacair as a whole. We do not need new rules. Why? It is working now. Andrew is a whiner. At the last game he was complaining because some kid talked smack, so what? It was a KID. They do this and this is a game. I have seen Andrew do the same but if it happens to him then it is a big deal.

You are right about the ban. Look at the boards right now, drama free. Why do you think it is this way? Because of this topic, peeps know that they cannot continue with the elitist attitude and have stopped so now there has been no drama lately on the boards. Let"s keep this up.
