I was wondering if all i need to upgrade the strength and fps on my crappy walmart springer, is buy a better spring...maybe a longer one or sumthin. its a desert eagle, its supposed to be a strong handgun FFS!

Find a decent GBB... one that's comfortable and practical, and throw the springer away... putting a new spring in it might improve it for a bit, but I wouldn't be surprised if the gun blew up in the middle of a firefight...

yeah, i dont want to throw it away, i keep it just for shooting cans n stuff. usually not to play with it, since it really sucks as a spriner. but if it did break, i wouldn't mind. its a cheap piece o crap anyways

good luck trying to upgrade a wally world springer, but it still is gonna have no good hop, and made of super cheap grade material. You are going to spend time and money only to find your wally-gun can't handle the power. any power.

+1 For the hell of it I upgraded my big 5 mp5 with an m130 spring and i increaced the compression seal in the piston and it chronoed at 400fps and it still didnt out range a GBB. FUnny as hell though.
