Psychology Question
Ok so as some of you know I deal with crack heads, felons, and just plian old scum bags on a daily bassis and i LOVE it. Im always putting my life on the line for aprox 30$ worth of stuff. I deal with alot of sh it on daily basis. Well heres my question: last night i had a stare down with a VERY large wolf spider that was about 1.5 inches across from leg to leg. I stood there for a good 10 minutes with a broom waiting for one of us to move. I can fight a tweaker all day long yet when it comes to a spider im dam near helpless, why?

You don't like spiders, because it is a common learned fear? Most people do not like the idea of a spider crawling on them, and seeing how others reacted to spiders as you grew up probably rubbed off on you some.

man, some of you know. im an army infantryman... we were in the field a few weeks over the last month. Since ive been in the field in texas.... i dunno i hate the spiders here.
If you are affraid of spiders you need to watch this. Sleep well.
