Anyone else have to send a 360 back to Microsoft? I got the three rings and I wanted to know how long it takes and if you got back someone else's machine instead of your own? Any help is appreciated. :?

Friend of mine took a little over 3 wks. Mine is out right now and it has been 2 wks.

I called Microsoft last week and got a trouble ticket or reference number with UPS delivering a box to me to ship my console back to them. Called back yesterday and UPS never picked it up from Microsoft. The person on the phone said I would get it Tuesday no later than Wednesday. I didn't have this problem with the original Xbox.
