What would you get if this is all the $$ you had and it was between these?

Neither, I'd save up. More wise of a choice in the long run
Now THAT is the way to word the question. Get the m16.

If you re close to AEX then go there and pick one out that you like. I have found that the hop bucking is the biggest factor in distance. If it is just a look then go wth what is cool for you. But I would shop local it is worth spending te extra cash and getting a TM . my two pennies.

dont buy a sniper rifle unless your willing to spend 500$ in upgrades alone.
you can pay for school but you cant buy class
get the aeg. the bar-10 needs maybe 50-100 dollars minimum to be a truly effective sniper rifle (hop bucking, spring, sears).
What's a signature?

I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat.
what they said, buy a used Tm and it'll still be in/close to your budget.
Go used, some guy had a tm m-16 for 200 and that was with batterey and mags. Good deal

= 1 for TM or used TM. Yeah you may not have 250 or 500 bucks now but you still have an income. Dont rush your buy. SACAIR will still be around if you dont have a gun right now or even a few weeks from now. Quality matters.
