Anyone playing the demo? What fps are you getting and which video card are you running? I can't choose the very high setting but it could be my video card 8800 GTS 320MB. Just curious.... :?

No you will not be running crysis on that. I'm on a 8800GTS getting poor framerates at medium settings, and at low settings its not even fun. The fact that im running at 1680x1050 on my bloody 22"monitor doesn't help, but even when i turn the resolution down its still really bad as far as fps goes, not to mention that its looks even worse because im not running at the optimum resolution. If you want to play this game on high sesttings with OK framerates SLI 2 8800GT's (GT not GTS) or 2 GTX on a core2duo. But yeah only bleeding edge technology can run this game while looking good.

yeah you're going to have to settle for a 7950GTX and 8600GT on a laptop, and play it on Medium.

Naw 7950 nor 8600gt will run it on medium. An 8800m might but i have seen any reviews on it yet. If a 8800gts can barely run it on medium/low, then a 7950 or a 8600 could do it higher. Video cards just dont have the power to handle all this DX10 eye candy quite yet. I bet they made the game on computers with Quad-SLI so they could run it smooth at high settings.

Wow with 8600gts? what resolution are you at? In SLI yeah i'd think they could do medium. But just one... you know, maybe 1680x1050 resolution is playing a way bigger factor then i thought. I mean i know resolution makes a big difference, but it must be the only reason i can barely run on medium/low with a 8800gts.
