Could an admin explain how a game day happens? Like, who has the ability to make it officially a Sacair game?

Game Admin's have the only ability to post up game announcements at sacair fields on this site. If you attempt to announce your own game it will be deleted and you warned. Attempt it again and you'll be banned from sacair games. Non sacair games must be cleared through a forum/game admin. Professionally produced games are generally the only non sacair games allowed.

Ok fine. But can a day/field/time be suggested either by posting or pm'ing, and see if it gets the ball rolling, so to speak? For instance, I was hoping for a Saturday event this weekend; which would've been my first with Sacair. People I meet at AEX keep telling me I should come out. Sundays are always out for me, and I couldn't make it last Saturday.

you just have to wait. I dont recommend asking an admin for a game. I dont get to play much but you dont see me complaining about it. Its just a game wait for it, it makes it better in the end.
We bounce back and forth between saturday and sunday - no real telling what any given week will bring.
