Don't make fun of me but I like really old rock and roll. Any chuck berry fans here? haha Yea i do listen to some 80's stuff though mainly Judas priest, iron maiden, old metallica, and old aerosmith. I am ok with some of today's music but a lot of it just does not sound original. I am not saying that old 80s and 70s stuff is completely original though. It just feels like it was made by humans, I like to hear the lead guitar mess up for a quick second then get back on track or even divert and just play those leads from the soul.
