i am totally ok with taking orders, as long as it is from someone that knows what they are talking about.

Headshot, you are way off topic. I brought these points up about safety, not what style of game play you enjoy.

Second one: This is the most dangerous one IMHO no one has safety goggles on in the staging area and I don't want some dumbass shooting rounds near me.

Well, I may be the FNG here but the no firing in the staging area rule just makes sense.

My opinions and thoughts:

I've gotten shot even with a red rag. But it does help to wave it like a little girl when you want to leave a hot zone. It should be mandatory since it's considered a safety item. It'll help teach the less fortunate about target acquisition and identification. Reduce having to yell out "are you out/in?" And best of all it can cost you up to $2.

I always treated "Bang" as a flat out substitute for pulling the trigger. Reagrdless of gun type. If I thought I was too close to take the shot or it was not needed, I called bang.

Dead Rags: Good to have. I try to carry one on my, but tend to normaly go out with both hands and AEG raised. If you got a dead rag on ya, and you get binged, its gonna happen (which I'm sure has already been convyed) its the dicks that keep firing that don't get it. If its a accidental thing where the you spook the guy and he blasts ya, imho, if he apologises after seeing that you were dead, then issue dropped and no worries.

I dont see how getting shot while you are already out is any less safe than if you are in. You wear eye protection at all times. I have not had problems with people shooting with me when I am hit, even when i'm in plain view, so why should it be mandatory for me to have to go get a red rag? I don't care it from time to time somebody mistakes me as somebody who is in then shoots me.

You have a sidearm use it and take the chance of getting noticed just so you can get that 1 extra kill. Remain in position and hope you don't get spotted like a real sniper would. Move yourself into better position to be able to use your sniper rifle or pistol like a real sniper would Wait till the guy is within 20ft and then bang kill him like a real sniper would. Wait until the target is within your engagement distance like a real sniper would.

75 or so is ridiculous, I probably would not honor that and I know quite a few other well known players who would not either. I can see anywhere 30ish and below. Or if a pistol is available, 15 and below. My pistol has chronoed at 340-350 at 74 degrees (room temp) before, and on warmer days I've seen as high as 360 after the mags heat up. So imho I don't see how a shot from that or a shot from my 345fps rifle is going to make a difference at 15 feet, which is why I call bang. (would be too close technically for the rifle) Since my pistol is about the same fps, i call bang if I have them dead to rights.

just because you are below the sniper rifle engaugment distance doesnt mean your bang kill range is extended
