Think again about China. They make no alliances because they feel they are superior to everyone else in every way. Chinese have been trying to undermine our country for decades. They have poured billions in counterfeit money. Attempted and successfully infiltrated one of our most highly sensitive think tanks. Their business practices is far from honest. They are still a socialistic nation yet their labor force is paid pennies on the dollar. There's no worker's comp. or even an OSHA or labor laws that protect the workers from abuse and or neglect.

personal responsibility is really bs btw. a lot of the uninsured that i see at the hospital are people who are hard working individuals but they basically get payed minimum wage. they have to support their entire family and whatnot and they just can't pay on their own. if you were in their situation, i doubt you'd be singing the same tune about personal responsibility. the american dream is bs. people don't advance through hard work alone...they need help every now and then and we should give it to them.

my best freind works 60 hours a week and cant afford health insurnace, his wife works 40 and even with her income they cant, are they moraly irresponsible?. She cant get medicare due to her LEGALLY imigrating, shes on probation for 2 year I belive. Even with his health care thorugh work he cant afford to go to the doctor. Where they are from they had socialized health care. He needed a surgery, he went in and one day later he had it. She had an allergic reaction, they went in, bam fixed. Is it perfect? NO, will it ever be NO. Is it better than what we have now? IMHO Yes. EVERYONE has health care, all for pennies on the dollar. The only reason I have health care is due to my parents and that end in 3 years when I turn 25 or if I get married or stop going to school. My only hope is to get health insurance through work, maybe when Im a sheriff.

They have the ability to succeed if they bust their ass. If you have low paying job, them get a better one. If you have to go back to school then do it!. No one if forcing them to work at that job."

Healthcare in general is TOO expensive...Basic coverage for me when i was 22 was $250 a month. Healthy, non smoker...

Car insurance is too expensive yet we're willing to pay that. Credit Card rates are outrageous, ATM Fees, car loans, movie ticket prices, gasoline. There are alot of things that are too expensive yet we pay them or place them higher on our priority list than health insurance.
