Any of you guys know where I can purchase the Tokyo Marui Tracer Kit? And is it compatible with G&G? :wink: :wink: :D

Saw this one on ebay. Most of the internet dealers seem to be sold out of them.

the tracer kits come with adapters for basically all marui guns. it does have one that'll fit any 14 mm ccw thread. only thing that sucks is the threads are plastic so you gotta be careful not to strip it.

I have a G&G UMP that came with a silencer so I'm hoping that the Tokyo Marui will fit it.

so what exactly is this tracer kit thing? what does it do?

you're out of luck. g&g umg's have no threads. their flashhider is part of the actual barrel. the tm tracer will not fit. as far as i can tell, you probably will NOT be able to put the core tracer unit inside the proprietary silencer either cause the umg silencer is too thin.

They dont have any on hand, all the have is the one thats in a clip that wont fit my gun. Would they be able to order it for me? If so then that will make this a whole lot easier for me sheesh :lol:

I just want it for fun shooting it in the back yard showing it off to friends. I haven't been to a real airsoft game yet and when I do I wont waste the tracer bbs on it.

hmmm...i dunno about that. the tracer flash will go off no matter what bb is traveling in the barrel. so even though there isn't a bb trail, you'll see the muzzle flash. it might have worked ok that night but i have played a small backyard game with shawn where i got completely lit up even when i was using non-glow bbs. i was behind some pretty thick brush too....
