Im here out of curiousity...thinking about how war is going, newer technologies coming out, and advancing camouflages and i thought this would be a fun little thread. What do you think war would be like in 2015? Would we fight in groups or in whole platoons? Through cities or wilderness/desert/jungle? What camouflage would we use? Who would we fight? Why? Would contractors still be around?

Our cities and home towns. Radical Islam is the enemy then like now. Our armies, and armed citizens. It will be brutal, schools will be targeted to shake us.

i agree with andrew. the schools will be targeted. who has seen that movie where the russians come and take over the western US? the first place they hit is a high school.

I think as time goes more wars will be foughts with computers.

Agree with Andrew. Less people dying, more cost though because of better technology. I can't wait until war are between robots. Can't wait for NFL football between robots. =]

Personally i can't wait for battles outside earths atmosphere. The day we fight in space will be when sign up for duty. :D

Albert Einstein said it best "So long as there are humans, there will be wars." I believe we should think of better way NOT to kill each other and try to get along better. However humans will always fight over something, so thats my dream :roll: . Dont get me wrong, im no anti-war activist. i wanna join the Marine Corps. But why should we be always thinking of new ways to kill each other. Old men start wars, and the young boys have to fight and die in them....

well when you religion preaches to kill the infidels than i think that as long as religions like that are around we will be fighting cuz the fight will be bought to us cuz we are the infidels
