[quote="XpoisonfreeX"]My brother and roomate said it was absolutely horrible.
"its god's job to judge the terrorist; its our job to arrange their meeting" -USMC- my senior quote
Ive heard bad things about the movie as well, But if I spent my time listening to what others say then I would not have seen 300 and other movies. Ill give the movie a shot if i dont like it, then at least it was free.
"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends
I personally like the movie...

yeah, I'm not even happy paying 10$ to see a good movie in the theatre haha.
there's always other means of acquiring video's before their release ;)
Not to get all literary and all, but H.P. Lovecraft used extensively a "non-descriptive" technique to build tension and anxiety in the reader. Check out: At the Mountains of Madness, as a great example of this. That story was in my head for weeks after I read it.
Gen. George S. Patton said... Tanks. He said tanks a lot.
i heard from a million people the movie sucked. but it was probably the best monster movie you have ever seen. the movie drops you in the middle of a story, of completely insignificant characters, and tells there story. you only know just as much as they know. and the first person cinema made it perfect. defeninetly one of the best movies i have seen.
Russel Crowe- whether its a skirt in gladiator or tights in master and commander, he can still kick your ass.
Whew that was a good read.
Man I think the tie ins of this movie are more interesting than the movie itself.
No way, the tie-ins are what made the movie fun! I've noticed that the people who kept in with the viral marketing, enjoyed the movie more than those that just watched the movie.
I would imagine so. For people who have no idea of the viral marketing Cloverfield would just be a movie about people getting killed by a "godzilla" and I would imagine some feeling jyped for not knowing why the monster is doing what it is or where it came from
Yeah I totaly agree. After all the reading and the watching. Where the Myspace Links in there? All of the characters have one. Just search their names. It really solidified things.
I sit in front of a PC all day and I didn't find any of it out T.T

I remember something exploded but I was not sure what the hell happened.
ya, I replayed it to see the awesome explosion...

I thought the best part in the movie was when they were in the subways, and HUD said, "Hey do you guys remember a few years back when their were these crazy kids who lit homeless people on fire? Im just saying it be pretty scary if a hobo on fire walked past us!" I laughed hard.
SUCKED SUPER BAD!! I Swear! My family and I went to watch it and it SUCKED. About half of the people in the movie theater left before the ending!! And hub or w/e the fat gut holding the camera Is RETARDED. He kept moving the camera which made everyone wanted to puke! I HATE IT >:O

The movie was the best I've seen in months.
