I just got a ca m14 scout, and the hicap mag is having some winding problems, it sounds like the spring inside of it is skipping, and so it doesnt feed. Does anyone know whats wrong with it, any help is appreciated

I had the same problem with my m4 high cap, what kind of bb's are you using *brand, size*?

dont know about the brand, they were my friends, but i know they were .2s

Well some brands like the ones you get at walmart or not good quality kinds dont work well in hi caps from my experience. I was using .20's i bought at walmart and it wouldnt work at all so try using some toytechs or tm bb's.

The coiled spring inside the hicap mag's mechanism may have snapped. Another reason could be that the tabs that hold the spring (so it doesnt "slip") may have snapped.
