When i put my battery in and i fire the gun it sounds weird and the piston in the mag area isnt moving at all. Please help

you mean the air nozzle isnt moving? i would check to see if your tappet plate is broken

Well my gun was working just fine while i was shooting and then all of a sudden it starts making a noise like everything is working exept its not loading BB's tappet plate isnt broken its a new gun so any other possibility's.

Well i dont know if im using the right termanology but its the thing where you put the mag in that thing inside it right there thats kinda not moving.

Okay thats your nozzle, and that sits in the end of your tappet plate. If it is not moving, then your tappet plate is broken.

well then ill take it to AEX but how much will it cost for them to diagnostic it and whats their install fee for small stuff like that?

if you just got it and it under warrenty they will fix it 4 free... my G36C broke a wire when i brought it home and they fixed it right up... awesome guys really helpful.

if you don't think the piston is moving, the spring might be broken or hung up (either way time for a new one and a visit to AEX)
