I don't carry a gun to scare people.

I wish a lot of people would reduce the size of their sig images. It's pretty lame to have to scroll through a lot of visual crap. Especially when each post is a line or 2 long.

Please stop posting this stuff please. You are accomplishing nothing except to alienate yourself in a normally quite friendly community. The laws you post may be 100% factual. However, this community has far more real world experience with the world of law enforcement and airsoft and the interaction between the two.

There's a word for people who put stock in advice given by shithouse lawyers...
"The faster you finish the fight, the less kil't you'll get."

You will have to prove to us that airsoft guns are classified as a BB device by the California AG.

Ok here is a question for some of the more educated individuals on our site. If we have the right under federal law to keep and bare arms to protect us from our own government if for lack of a better word is goes crazy.
If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.

why would you not want to have the tip? after all it lets cops know you aren't sporting a real and potentially dangerous fire arm. Id rather keep the tip on to avoid all the trouble
Then the state comes in and restrains the laws even more so that we lose our right to keep and bare arms. Is that not the government trying to get around its own amendment?
"That is being debated as we speak. The question has arisen about the meaning of the second admendment. Which the argument used by the anti-gun people. Is that the admendment is speaking not on the right of the individual but rather the right of the state to maintain a militia and to bear arms in order to maintain that militia."

The Second Amendment, as passed by the House and Senate, reads:
If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.

Ahhh but the Bill of Rights is not law the Constitutional Admendments are ;). Also that is a part of the debate too. What did the founding father's mean by state? Local municipalities is in all technicality a state. Could they mean that? And not a larger centralized government, ie the Federal Government. Or did they mean that a group of individuals banding together to form a militia for the sole purpose of communal defense?
