human cops may not fine you. However, a computer based traffic monitoring system will. See all those nifty red light cameras? They are just the beginning.

Or we could have the status quo. Where we don't get into trouble because we play responsibly with full disclosure. He does his little drive through, we wave and smile and give all due respect, then everyone is happy. He's satisfied we aren't out to take NAM field by force and secede from the Union and we can shoot each other to our hearts' content.

The idea wouldn't be to challenge the officer. Many do not know a particular code as they aren't obligated to memorize it all.

Yes and I'm sure they can make a distinction between a suspect with an AR and a game masked/goggled air sporter in a field.

Yeah sure they can. And the Long Beach police officer that shot a young get with a radio on his shoulder. Because he thought the radio was a gun. Point is you dont do any of the things you have mentioned. You paint the tip orange or you must be willing to suffer any and all consequences that may happen.
