P90 workout
Hey all I recently decided to take a job doing some interesting things, however I need to get in good shape. The 90 workout was recommend to me by a co-worker who does triathalons. I did some reveiws and it seems to be legit. I just want to hear from local people if they Have A) done the work out and all the pros and cons. B) any other work out I should look at?
Plyometrics and Yoga will kill you.
LOL thanks, what else can you tell me about it?
Start fighting. I'm told gettin punched in the face is a good motivator.

The workouts themselves are fairly good. They are about an hour to an hour and a half long with an optional 15 minute "Ab-ripper" workout. You workout 6 days a week for 90 days. If you're hardcore, you can double up on your daily workout.

All you need is a 12lb Nike medicine ball (the rubberized ones), pull up bar, pallet, jump rope and a few medium or large river rocks.

Cause you dont need to pay for a plan to get fit. Do a lot of cardio. weight lift. dont eat crap.

the ab ripper is LEGIT, got a 8 pack pretty quik with that, id say a few weeks, maybe 3.
grab something heavy and lift it, eat right, and do sprints/jog(alternate day to day)
grow the mullet back dave...
well I no longer have to abide by the short hair and shaved face regulation now since I am out.

pickup a p90 and lift it 125 times above your head, repeat with the other arm. then go out side and run and do the same thing. The p90 is a good choice of weapons considering its ascetics, and the fact its looks the least like a traditional weapon. I would also suggest jamming your foot through the trigger guard/grip and lifting it up and down while sitting in a chair. repeat with the other leg. Like Dave said, you could probably find more videos on YouTube instructing you on more P90 workouts.

God save us everyone will be burning inside the fires of a thousand suns.
Well, I'm a sophomore in high school and in my p.e. class, our teacher made us do P-90 work outs almost everyday day. He has a weight training class that does something called "Insanity."
Just good old fashion cardio. I don't lift weights, unless myself counts. I look damn better now than I did a year ago. Was 180lbs even while playing airsoft. Down to 155lbs now, also have more motivation, feel I have more self control, and way less fear of heights. Rock Climbing ftw.
[quote="Amateur Ninja"]obviously you dont know him.
