yeah im in the same position. rap was looking for a while with me too. No other retailer says anything about modification. IE wgc, ehobby. I'm about to email redwolf

Modification is because HK companies don't make things to scale. Production is rushed and QC is not there. Most things in airsoft require modification even when it is claimed to be "drop in".

No clue. I wouldn't chance it. They redid the hop design so its different, chances are it won't fit.
