g&g or classic army sr25

Dec 22, 2007 9:29am
So I being wanting a sr25 since I gotten my first aeg. I can either go get a SR25 or get a m16 and get a kit. I kinda done my research and seem to be that the G&G sr25 is better than the Classic Army due to the parts that comes stock. But things can always me upgraded. I would like your opinion. Any experiences. Any potential upgrades that I might have to face for each model. A reason.

Get the SR-25 URX by G&P or contact Picoy, he has my old SR-25 and I think he is still trying to sell it.

Talk to Andrew at AEX before you buy the CA-25.

That and there are some other issues. If I remember right every one they have sold has come back for warranty issues.

I had a CA25. Problems are a plenty. I don't trust G&G either.

The CA 25 has an odd gear box design, im not sure if they have new repair or upgrade parts for it but i know its a funkyish design.

Dude get the TM S-system it is a dam good gun. If you want to go DMR, then get a AK inner barrel and a AK Cylinder (with no hole) and run a suppressor to hide the innerbarrel.

The CA25's have improved greatly. New ones consistently shoot over 400fps and are much more reliable. Pistons and gearsets and stronger than they used to be.

I was going to get a s-system anyways for milsim. I just fell in love with sr25 when I was little. Pretty much want it for my collection and maybe a few games. DM role, have a m14 socom. And yes I know the DM role doesn't really matter on the gun but on the trigger control of the player. The gun never makes the player, just give him something to be associated with.

if you really only want it for collection and look. I would go for the CA. They seem to have to most accurate cosmatic to it.
