Its not the EBR, but another moderization of the M14. the gas piston was relocated at a 45 degree on the lower right side to comensate for the shorter barrel. This makes the body slightly off-set, yet fells balenced.

Yeah i knew it wasnt the EBR. Do you know what its called though? And where'd you get the cover? I must have to have it. Or is it real steal. I think im confused by that last sentence actually

It's a sopmod. I can't remember who made it. I think it was a complete gun and not a conversion kit.

I do see the star's for sale here and there. But I'd either mod my TM to look like it or just not have it because I read a thread with people having a lot of problems with them. Now my question is did LORD_SEX mod a TM or is that the star.

I'm just posting the link on ECHO1's website. I don't care what anyone says, I own two ECHO 1's and they're nice guns. Haven't had any problems yet. I prefer them over my TM actually.

Are there any TM M14 conversions available today and if so, which ones are the best. Does anybody know the costs?

TM sopmod conversions no. But there are TM EBR conversions. Many company's make them including G&P and king arms. Just go to redwolf and searc for EBR. My favorite is the "G&P EBR MK14 Mod O Conversion Kit (Long)"
