If i were to throw in a PDI 200% spring and nothing else into an APS-2SV what parts would begin to break first? The review says that it can take it, but i want to know for how long?

pdi 200% should give you ~480 fps. the review stated that the trigger box can take it. nothing about other internals. from what I've read on snoop's other posts, you need to replace the spring guide, piston & piston head. but I believe if you get a pdi 150% you don't need to upgrade internals. fps should be in the ~430 range
200% spring, your piston and spring guide will eventually go, on how long no idea. youll get 500ish, 490ish FPS with stock hop use a .36 ;) thats what i got in my gun cept everything else is First Factory.
