Airsplat sucks
Of course many of you already know about Airsplat.com, but im nobody to tell you where to shop, but im just gonna give you some info if you are new to buying online. I wouldn't shop there anymore, the M4A1 finally broke down, from what im guessing is the motor and not the battery. First the single shot stopped working, a day later the motor dies. From the beginning I had recieved the M4A1 with a broken grenade launcher attachment, but since I didn't want to wait any longer I didn't return it. But the M4A1 also broke down within a matter of months...now Im pretty sure its gonna cost me more to fix it, but then again it was cheap, cheap but good. it was just where I got it that messed me up.
I bought my JG Scar from there and in the first five minutes my gun jammed but i don't know why and also today i shot it and it just suddenly stop and when i pulled the trigger nothing happens so i charged the battery more and it shot fine. The weird part is that i had it charging for almost a day.
I've had no problems with airsplat but then again I haven't bought an AEG/GBB from them. Just the accessories/parts and such...

So you call a retailer sucks when you bought something and it broke due to the low quality product or your fault? You should return it asap when something is broken out of the box. I've used their RMA service before and it is quick and painless. You only have yourself to blame when you didn't choose to return it.
I think I know the one you are talking about. It is called sinister sports. They don't have much of a selection when it comes to airsoft. Also, their staff seem to be paintball biased. They have a larger store with more airsoft gear, so I'd ask them for the address.
while i don't like airsplat all that much you can't blame the fact that you bought a piece of shit clone gun and it broke down on airsplat. It is YOUR fault that you didnt spend the money to get a gun that is reliable.
You bought cheap, you buy twice. I'm not sorry to hear your dilemma, you fucked up.
aaaahhhhhhhhhhgh!
I bought an AEG from Airsplat and it was damaged and used. Lasted maybe...5 minutes.
You get what you pay for, think of this as an experience Cheap does not always = Quality. This comes for my experiences as an competitor in the SCCA with my car and as an Airsoft newbie.....<_<

ya, a few times in bsp even though the car was on 245's. I don't really like the way their classes are set up. If you really want to go fast around autocross, a little suspension modification and good tires do a world of wonders. But they restrict you to 225's (for street) otherwise its street mod and you end up running against heavy super sevens and rich boys with huge cash flow...
aaaahhhhhhhhhhgh!
I've had a mag sent without screws and a broken winding mech, But I was smart enough to return it withing the required amount of time. This is kinda your fault. The moral of the story is always buy local. Because then when somthing F**ks up, they'll take care of you. Even freakin Big5 is more responsable for their sales than airsplat, so just go to a store.
If ignorance is bliss why aren't more people happy?

Since the gun died, save the body and get rid of the gear box and moter, it might be possible to reuse the rest of the body by buying a compatable gear box, moter, and other internals if your gun could be fitted with a gear box AEX may supply. Like I said might. It may be expensive, but you'll pe better off.
DEFENDERS! PROTECT THIS HOUSE! WOOF!
Adding a little validity to the first post: I also bought a JG AEG. The battery was defective upon first charge (would not hold a charge) I used a high quality smart charger for the task. I contacted Airsplat immediately. They sent a replacement battery pronto. Wrong one (an AK stick style battery pack). I contacted them again immediately. They said they would get back to me, they had a large number of orders to handle, but they had my problem ID'd and would get back to me soon. Two months later, I'm still waiting. I tried two more times after initial contact to talk to someone higher up. No success. I had been happy with their service up until then, but I cannot in good conscience continue to give them my business.
