At the Phantom tide game I had my T6250 talkabout transmitting audible beeps. This sucked! I was comprimised by my radio and got bang killed. lol. Ronnie got my radio silent again but if I didn't key the mic first I was unable to here anyone do to the quiet mode activated. So I was reading the manual today and found the key stroke sequence for muting "beeps". Here goes...........

hey craig you dont have your user manual? its in there, its different for most motoral radios, but if you dont have your manual heres the link for their site, its pretty simple to follow, just have to #2, Download User Manual, just fill in the drop down boxes, click go and then you have a PDF of your radio, goto alerts =) hehe
