Hey guys I'm trying to see who has purchased a Classic Army Sportline. If you own one or have in the past, could you give me any feedback that you might be able to share with me. I want the GOOD, BAD & the UGLY!! Any info is good info, thanks fellas. :D
ahh the sportline.. really good for its price, drawbacks is some of the quality of some of the items.. U might want to change out the Motor, bushings, and IF you want the barrel, cuz its aluminum(IMO). Body is plastic, which i dont mind cuz i'm not stikin a 203 on it, but a metal body wouldnt hurt if i had the money. Shoots pretty nice, i think 300-320 out of the box. Overall, nice gun, but the only thing that HAS to be changed is the motor.
Is changing out the motor to just get a higher rate of fire or because the one that comes with it is junk?
the one that comes wit it will poop out on u hehe.. but i'd use it until it poops out on me then change it out

It is made out of ABS plastic, which is used for vehicles i think its more than sturdy for our uses. Metal over plastic is preference not performance. I have put at least 300 rounds through mine since i got it, and i have had no problems yet. From what i have heard you can upgrade it but does not respond well to some. It is better lefts along and be well taken car of. Also i have not played a game with it yet but this is my experience so far. I believe most bad reviews are from people who may have fucked with or somehow to gain something. If it aint broke dont fix it.

Good to read about the Sportline. I'm still looking for my first AEG and seeing as how I'm not sure I want to drop $300+ on something I'll only do once or twice a month, sounds like the sportline might be a viable option.
I think the stock veolocities you guys are quoting is a bit high. Ive seen 4 chronoed, and they are about 296ish. nothings broken the 320 range.
