Depends on what you do and how you feel.
Jan 15, 2008 6:29am
You really only need to do it after major work outs of if you are feeling awkward pain or just pain in general.

bodybuilding is cool and all but there is no concern for athletic qualities such as speed, power, and endurance. if you want to be a fighter find another program....

http://www.rosstraining.com/ I setup a program for SCA fighting using allot of this guys ideas on training. If you are trying to get into a fighting discipline train for athleticism not aesthetics

If you are more interested in fighting take some kind of martial arts. They will have their own weight lifting work outs to fit that style. ie tai chi, etc.
Jan 15, 2008 6:45am
i might do it lightly after i get my desired look and weight.
you can pay for school but you cant buy class

On the same note, Bruce Lee is easily one of the most well built human beings. I would argue that pound for pound, he was the strongest man alive. Yet what was his favorite form of excercise? Isometrics and simple free weights and plenty of cardio.

Thanks for that point Ninja. I'm just saying that there are plenty of safe and natural alternatives to shoving processed garbage down your throat and in your veins.
