Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, this might not apply to gas guns. But I do know that with springers, its actually really bad to store the gun with the slides locked back, because it keeps the spring compressed, over time weakening it.

No i dont leave my pistols locked back as i thought it was bad for the spring. And im about to try filing the tabs on the m14 mags, how much did you file off?

Incorrect. Springs get weak from being compressed and decompressed.

Hahaha. Yeah i need a red beanie, and the glock is actually my friends, but if he lets me i want to try to paint it like this
