i was looking at a tm psgi and it sounded like a battery powered sniper rifle i am very confused about the thing is it spring gas or battery my best guss was battery but thats sounds like it would be a low powered sniper rifle :?

AEG Sniper. IE: Works like an AEG but it is semi only. My advice, dont buy it. If you want a sniper platform stick with a tanaka APS2, T96, or a TM VSR.
