I've been wanting to come up with an idea for a custom 40mm launcher for a while now, and I think I've got an idea for one. Its based off a lower AR type reciever, PVC/ABS/copper tubing for a barrel, and a very basic trigger mechanism.

I like it, but heres some constructive critisism

I've thought about the magazine idea, or at least the idea of multiple rounds, but 1) I don't think I have the ability mentally or constructively to pull something that complex off, and 2) the round I would be using this for would more than likely be various, used rounds, anything I could get my hands on, so many of them would be likely different lengths and shapes, creating difficulty in creating a standard magazine/clip.
