So I just bought a new DELL LAPTOP and it came with vista, I'm getting use to it, however I was disapointed that it did not come with MICROSOFT WORD like windows XP does.

XP FTW vista=lose noone i know that has it has anything good to say. Multiple errors with it.

IMO vista just prettier, nothing more. I have a vista, don't see the big deal or how its better than XP, really I enjoy XP better due the fact mostly all programs are create for either XP or Mac. Vista as of now is a pain in the ass, just got to wait until the world switch over to vista and the programs will all be vista compatible. Probably by then we'll have a "Window Vista 2010"

i have never found a problem with vista the only thing worng with it is that people don't like it, for some "error" that no one can describe. Everything that works on xp works on vista.

Well so far I like VISTA, and I'm npt going to be to much besides web browsing, trying doccuments in word, mabey burning cds, and dvd's, and that's it. I do think that I will add one more gig of ram to the computer since the computer can support up to 2 gigs.

ive had vista for a good while now, and ive had NO errors, all new programs and games comming out now are written for vista..
