I dont like Bill Gates much but this is some of the best advice that the newer generations need to see. Im so glad he said that.

my first real job with a real pay check was working on a farm or the summer. Thats right i started work on a farm. You dont get much more below farm hand. You dont cook the burgers you feed them. Now if your 45 and working at Mcdonalds and your not the owner. Reconsider your career goals.

We have these rules posted up somewhere in my high school. The sad thing is that the school doesn't operate like this at all. It is a big thing at our school to be "touchy feely" in a non statutory way. I can tell that some of my friends will not survive real life after high school. kinda sad really
