For team size we have no limits. They just need to be dedicated. Unconventional meaning we are very structured we have both regular and Field PT. In order to get onto the team we have an indoc course that everyone will go through and everyone on the team already has gone through, including myself and LAAT Commander. Alot of what we do has absolutely no use in Airsoft, but we try to be as structured as possible and follow the military firmly

i see. unconventional may be the wrong term. your team is organized and efficient.

Where and what kind of indoc coarse are you talking about?

We do training in a creek nearby. We do PT, water training, and alot more stuff that you have to find out by going to indoc. Its very intense and in the airsoft world its very pointless. But it helps show who is dedicated.

I know that kind of structure will be a turn off for most people, but everyone does go through the indoc. So are any other people interested
