I just got my kwc g17 in the mail, and was looking at the instructions. it doesn't seem to say how to get the orange tip off (and it didnt come qith a magazine, which is not what i paid for). could anyone help me get this orange tip off? thanks!
it's required by US law to have it on when it's sold to/shipped to the US. Remove it with some acetone very carefully or simply paint over it.

if it didnt come with what you paid for then ship it back. I would not recomend altering a gun that you may need to ship back.

If he's simply missing the magazine just email redwolf to have them send out a replacement one. Customs could've simply "confiscated" it. Or it was accidently left out of the packaging. Doesn't mean that something is automatically wrong with the pistol itself.

the pistol itself seems fine. i just dont know how to get the orange tip off, was hoping it was painted on but meh oh well lol. but i did email them and it said 1-2 business days for a response. but do you think theyll rip me off by not sending me the magazine or telling me i have to pay another 27 dollars in shipping?

I've had a couple of items that I received with missing parts. And after their response they shipped me the missing parts without me having to pay for anything.

yeah im hoping theyll send it to me, i mean they do owe it to me but i see a lot of other people are saying how the retailers ignore them, an isnt that 11 numbers instead of 10? i hope my phone can register that ive never made an international call lol. anyways thanks for the insight and if things get messy ill make a repost. thanks guys.

If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.
if you do call them, make sure u do the time conversions... Hong Kong is +8... We are -8... so subtract 16hrs from their open hours and you should be good^^
