I was wondering if you can buy a new airbrake for the JG Bar-10. I know that you can cut the airbrake but i want to make sure that you can but a new one before i cut it. I am wondering if and where you could buy one of these
Just cut it off. You dont need it.

The Admiral is correct. but if you really are worried you can by my stock piston for a nominal fee of 10 dollars.
unless you want to be super stealthy then you wouldnt cut it off (side note if you cut airbrake it wont get you 500 fps)

Thanks a lot for the info. Would you rather go with the gun or the UTG L96?
definatly bar-10 UTG isnt very good. bar-10 is more upgradeable

ifor those i would just go with your preference. they are both equally upgradeable. The UTG will take any parts a Maruzen type96 will take and the Bar-10 will take any parts that a VSR will take. so basically it comes down to which one you find more pleasing to the eye.
bar-10. though the l96 is upgradeable, the bar-10 has a v-hop similar to the vsr-10 gspec which rocks. also, i read on airsoft retreat that the l96 has a plastic trigger box. if that's true, it'll cost a lot more to upgrade the l96 since you'll need to get a zero trigger in addition to an aerochamber. with the bar-10, the hop just needs a new bucking and the trigger box needs 2 new sears which'll cost a lot less in the end.
What's a signature?
I was wondering about what type of spring would be good to upgrade the Bar 10 with?
150 if you upgrade the sears and spring guide
