uzi aeg
I've been considering this gun, I'm wondering whats good and bad about it. I need to get something small like an uzi not like a big assualt rifle.

get an mp5 if you want somthing small
not an mp5 thats still kind of large or atleast my parents wont like it

A friend of mine has an uzi. Considering the amount of abuse he has put on it, it is safe to say it is durable, now that it still works after almost 2 years without any mishaps or broken parts. But i have to say, the parts are kind of shoddy compared to all other TM aeg's, and the gun happens to misfire. It is a gun to consider due to its durablity, looks, and good rate of fire, but an mp5 or mp5k/pdw is a much better deal.
if im not mistaken the uzi has a plastic gearbox and cannot be upgraded. and what about a p90?

well, im considering the mp5k, but if i did get it i probably wudnt get an upgrade for it, but i like that it has ris so u can put scopes and sHit on it. but i dont really care that the uzi cant be upgraded. i wud get the uzi becus its small, its beautiful, and my parents might let me. but the mp5k is sounding pretty good.

Just curious? Why would your parents "like" an UZI over an MP5?

Maybe he is Israeli? The uzi, no matter what anyone says, CAN be upgraded. But you have to know what you are doing as parts aren't made for it. I have had success lightly upgrading the spring, spring guide and piston head. It's a wierd gearbox, but you can get away with that and still have a functional gun. You can also manage to stick a bigger systema motor in it. I think this gun would be awesome if all you did was put in a super high speed motor in it and ran 9.6v or even 10.8. I don't know if the plastic gears would be eaten up, but I don't think so. Also, you could take out the stock spacer on the spring to reduce fps and then increase rof which would maintain the reliability of the piece.

I've got a P90, an Uzi and an MP5K. I love all three of them. Buy the Uzi if you like it. You won't regret it.

hey u know that plastic gear rumor is false right? the uzi uses gears with the same aloy as other stock marui guns
