BACK PAIN

Feb 7, 2008 11:42pm
Ok, so my lower back has been killing me lately, and I'm sure that since at my work I wear a full duity belt, and sit in a car alot don't help. My Dr, all she wants to do is give me pain meds, n none of them work that much. I have thought about going to a chiropractor.

I go to an amazing chiropractor.
I have always acted in self defense, occasionally pre-emptive self defense.

Ehh ice/heat work ok. Ice takes blood away form the sore area heat attracts it. Id say do either Massage, Physical theropy and or Chiropractic work. Then agian im no DR i have only been hit by a car in the backa dn those 3 things have helped me mor ethan any pain killer would ever.

It is really good that you are doing everything else before pain meds.

PALSADKINS, I know your pain. I worked patrol for 2 years but worked to many hours driving in those two years. I tink that is part of the reason Bizcuit yells at me so much. Anyways here are the things i did to help my lower back pain.
If you give to a charity please think of giving to one of these two charities. The Naval Special Warfare Foundation or Navy SEAL Warrior Fund.

I actually like the suspenders look...The Lakewood section of that County in Washington (cant think of them) that is always on Cops seems to pull it off quite well.
