ha that happened to mine all you have to do is to somehow reset it because my mom was tinkering with it and she finally got it so it was all blank with no songs and then we re-loaded the songs and it worked fine.

its a corrupt song, or a series of corrupt songs. Go into itunes and remove those, and try again. If it continues to skip songs, restore the ipod to its factory settings and try again.

something my mom did to it made it reset the songs so there was nothing on it and we reloaded them and played fine

I have the Mini and mine does this a lot.
Feb 8, 2008 5:30am
Yea. She most likely restored the ipod's software and reloaded the songs back onto to the pod. Unless the mp3 files are corrupted or the ipod is clicking alot, the software restore will fix 95% of ipod problems...

it'll remove the songs from the system. Wmp and iTunes are two different systems.

theres something called a delay when one presses enter and when the message is posted on the forums. This delay also grows when the typist is using a device (such as the iPhone I've been on the last 40 min.) where I my two fingers are able to type at once. Therefore, its upon the reader to get a idea who's talking to who ( hence the reason why I put crayon) when I was addressing to you dude.
