CAMO. YAY OR NAY?
Used an old pellet gun for testing. I'd like to hear what you have to say.

Looks good, but depending on surroundings, I would change the base color of gray to a shade of brown or green.
base color is tan. i used an old camo wrap i had.

The layout is okay. The shades of color, fail. That all I see wrong with it. Good job, my first camo scheme ended up horrible. Some people have it and some people need the people who has it.

i'm trying to go for the Multicam shades. having trouble though. I had that lime green color custom made at a hardware store but just didnt turn out. when i mix it with the tan it gets a little better but still not what I want.

it looks my vomit after a long night at the bar a few to many lepercahns.
It doesn't look too hot I got to admit, but the good thing is you can always cover it with more paint!

Neat pattern!

I am not a big fan of painitng guns. However one color paint jobs like all tan on a M4 is cool. When you see real operators guns painted they are a real simple one color paint job...and they are mostly rattle can. Krylon FTW!

The use of colors needs to be better thought out. What brand are you using? When I've painted rifles I've always used Krylon Camo with great results.

I use tons and tons of crayola's.

that gun sucks, you should paint it more like your m4 and s-system, those are a lot better. oh and connor did you use krylon for that?
thats the thing. every gun but my scar is painted. i always use krylon. only thing that works. problem is i went and actually took my multicam in and tried to have the guy model the green after it but just didn't work out. and like johny i do prefer one or two tone guns but sometimes i try to mix it up.

I must say it looks kinda like a snake, which is always cool. It's a little light on the color though, need a deeper camo.
lighter is better. creates a better blend when in the shadows. Besides it's easier to make something darker then it is make something lighter. And some colors tend to come out lighter because of the flash from the camera and under certain types of lights.
