Holster woes

Feb 14, 2008 5:32am
I went to Sportsmans Warehouse yesterday to get an Uncle Mikes retention holster for my TM G17. First, they didn't have a left-handed model for my gun in stock. But while I was there, I tried my gun on the righty version. It didn't fit. Several AEX visits back, I was talking to Andrew about the same issue. Is there a mod you can do to the holster so the gun will fit?

Try a Glock 21 holster.

The TM Glocks are a bit larger than their bigger bang counterparts. Closer to a Glock 21. The .45 model. It may be a bit loose but I believe you can tighten up the Uncle Mikes holster.

Many holsters have screws holding them together, and often 1-2 of those screws is used to adjust the tension put on the gun.
