My friend bought a KWA USP standard GBB a little over a year ago, he has rarely used it, and has virtually NEVER cleaned it. So it wasn't a surprise to me when he told me he was having problems with it. I told him I could probably help him out, so earlier today I drove over to his house and started working with it.

My friend had this problem when he bought a brand new gas M9. It was the mag....Try using the USP with a different mag.
I've tried multiple magazines and the same thing keeps happening, I think its a problem with the gun.

Ok, so I oiled everything down again, and now its working again. I guess I just wasn't thorough enough the first time. I still have a problem though, both the magazines I have been using have leaks from the bottom. How do I fix that?
