Are you talking about a RIS foregrip or a RIS vertical foregrip? I've seen alot of RIS vertical foregrips less than $40.
Just the regular fore grip not not the vertical.

If you want it for less than $70, buy a JG and sell off the rest of the gun.
Metal is expensive these days. Prices are rising due to the insatiable needs of mainland China, the demand of depleted military hardware, the constant "rebuilding" of Iraq, etc.

The military doesn't trust it's M203 on a metal RIS either. They're always barrel mounted.
