my buddy was a little curious as to how the m203 shell works. Well, he took it apart and all the ball bearings and stuff came out. If anyone knows how to reassemble the shell please help me! i have the 80 round shell type. HELP!

I beleive I have all the bearings. i was able to find 7. if there are more tell me i have been looking all over the floor. I may end up asking your help snoop. If anybody can tell me or provide me with some pics to correct this issue i would be most happy.

you should be able to put it together yourself, it's kinda hard the first time, the trick is to put the 2 Bearings in the 4 holes (2 in each hole) then line the outside with teflon lube or some thin grease (to hold the Bearings in) and when you slide the spring/plunger down hold the bearings in, then find a skinny long screw driver to place through the back of the rear casing, and hold the plunger down (compressed) and lower the rear casing over the nade and screw it down.
yeah i was fiddling with the grenade and then put it together with 2 bearings in each hole of the plug as you said. I used tape around the outside of the plug to put them in. It was definitely tricky. i know i have it assembled nicely and correstly now. Unfortunately i am still encountering problems. the grenade will either load correctly, leak, or just plain blow up in my face when i charge it. whats going on?

After you shoot it once the Pin will be stuck in the engaged position, to reset it you need to just unscrew the nade a few times (NOT ALL THE WAY or else you'll be back in the putting it back together boat) and wiggle the pin a bit and it'll pop back into place, almost flush with the back of the shell.
Yeah I remembered to remove the tape before sealing it. When I went to test fire the nade I put on a riot face shield and my kevlar helmet. It turned out to be a very bright idea as it went off in my face like a chinese firecracker :shock: :oops: . I decided to put it together using the screwdriver method using some 3-in-one oil to lube it up and hold the bbs in place. now the shell works perfectly 100% of the time. Thanks fellas.
