I am looking into making a custom gearbox for an m4 and wanted your guys's imput on what parts would make it function very well and for a while. please list the parts and company.

Just buy a systema complete and change the piston to a gurader grey polycarb. If you are under 400fps and dont hold the trigger for minutes at a time, it will last for a very long time.

1. Wait for systema's new revolution gearbox.

what is the systema revolution gearbox, is it just the shell or is it an acctual kit.

4 gears instead of 3, and some other stuff. sort of an aeg version of a ptw gearbox. and no your aeg wont use cylinders or have the bolt release and etc features

The price is relative. $300 to me might be like $3000 to you or vice versa. If it does everything as advertised. Its worth every dollar, to me.
