I installed a m4 G&P MBK on my TM m4 and loading the mag is not like the original. I have to press the mag release into to get the mag in smoothly or load mag hard. The mag that I'm trying to load is a Tokyo Maruri standard mag. I plan to use Mag midcap and I don't know if the problem now is the mag well, the metal on metal of the mag, or mag release. I read that the G&P MBK magwell is a litte bit tight and I need to sand down about 1-3mm in front. Help?

it's most likely the magwell area. Sanding will definitely help as will time and usage. The MAG plastic mags may slide in smoother. Go to AEX and ask to try out a MAG plastic mag and other brands to find out.

My G&P was like that at first too. It's just a strong mag release spring. If you took apart the mag release and put it together it should be ok. You can also just let it wear in.

Highly suggested with G&P MBK, get a better hopup unit.

Buy a Hurricane body. Best quality hands down.

Yes Hurricane bodies are the best, but for an extra $100ish I'm okay. I scored a brand new-ish G&P MBK for $80shipped so I think I did well overall.
